Cancellation conditions: 

•    Up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the activity, a cancellation fee of €10,- will be charged (no cancellation fee will be charged for Current themes in Ecology)
•    Up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the activity, 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
•    Within 2 weeks prior to the start of the activity or a no-show, 100% of the participation fee will be charged.

NOTES: 

• For the Netherlands Annual Ecology Meeting: both registration, modification and cancellation go via the 'aanmelder' website.
• For Current Themes in Ecology: If you want to cancel your registration, ALWAYS inform us. Do not assume that by NOT PAYING your participation fee, your registration is automatically cancelled, as it isn't (and you will be kept to the cancellation conditions).
