Netherlands Annual Ecology Meeting
Held in the month of February each year
Conference Centre "De Werelt", Lunteren
The Netherlands Annual Ecology Meeting is a two-day event organised by NERN and NECOV (Dutch - Flemish Ecological Society) and supported by NWO. This two-day event compprises of a morning plenary session in which a Dutch and an international world leader present their view on a specific topic in ecology. Accordingly, parallel sessions are held covering the wide field of ecology. Furthermore, time will be reserved for poster sessions and discussion and on Tuesday evening we have a presentation by a guest speaker on a topic of interest to an ecological public but not neccisarily in the domain of ecology.
From 2009 onward various prizes will be awarded during the meeting: the Poster Prize and the NERN Best Paper Award.
So far there have been two annual meetings (2008 and 2009) and the date for the 2010 has been set (9 and 10 February). For information on the programmes of the previous meetings please click below.
